the room was a nice size for 3 breakfast and with smoke detectors for safety measures.

The location couldn't be more marvellous to the lift landing area. Further, it was short walk to the cafe as well as restaurants. There were clean and huge rooms for 3 breakfast. Had good amenities.

We had a slight inconvenience at Vip Hotel in Segamat. When we arrived at our room, we realized that the shower was broken. the hotel staff quickly attended to the issue and fixed it promptly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast, although limited in choice, was decent. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The staff here are friendly, the rooms are spacious and well-kept, and it's conveniently located near cafes, restaurants, and the city center for a satisfying breakfast experience for three.

I loved staying at this hotel! The staff was helpful in accommodating my requests. The hotel even provided Sahur during Ramadan. They also offered a delicious buffet for an additional cost that was reasonably priced with mouth-watering options. The rooms were clean, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The breakfast spread was limited, but everything was tasty, especially the nasi lemak and fried mee. The hotel's location is great, as it is next to the café and very close to the town center.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! First, the location was convenient as it was near a mosque, and there was a petrol station nearby, and a cafe next door. The room amenities were impressive - we loved the sitting area, sink, and complimentary toiletries. The electric kettle, am/fm alarm clock, and flat-screen TV in the room made for a fantastic experience. The fact that the room had a carpeted or parquet floor added to the overall cozy feeling. Furthermore, the dining area was excellent, and the staff accommodated all our requests. The place had leisure facilities such as Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and electric kettle that made our stay even better.

If we could only change one thing, we'd urge the hotel to diversify their food choices and improve their cooking style. Nonetheless, the fried chicken was crunchy, and we would recommend this hotel to our family.

Inconvenient room change and non-functioning air-conditioning. However, the inconvenience of having to change our room multiple times due to problems with the air-conditioning and slow toilet drainage was frustrating and tiring.

Our romantic escape was amazing! We loved the complementary wine and chocolates waiting for us in the room. the location was perfect for us, surrounded by shops and restaurants, it was convenient to be able to take a quick stroll and grab a bite to eat. Plus, the bed was so comfy, we slept like babies all night long.

The bathroom could use some updating. Although it was clean, it was a bit outdated which took away from the romantic mood.

Located in the heart of the town, this hotel provided us with easy access to the local markets and shops. the room was spacious with clean and well-equipped bathrooms. the staff provided excellent and efficient service, attending to our every need. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of both local and western dishes and we were very impressed with the on-site facilities such as the gym and the swimming pool.

The quality of the towels provided could have been better.
